2007-2008 Program Offerings
1. Life Balance (12 Weeks)- Twelve weeks to a healthier you. This program addresses exercise, nutrition, and weight management for the individual. Initial assessment, goal setting and program design are reinforced through weekly meetings with a trainer.
2. Nutrition-With understanding comes control. This program focuses on better nutrition and weight management through exercise and diet analysis. Your personalized program will help you set up a food plan to meet your goals. Regular meetings with your trainer will emphasize and encourage balanced eating for better health.
3. Performance Enhancement- Regular Exercisers also need variety and challenge to keep them on top of their game. A trainer will help you determine your next set of goals and provide a program to accomplish the challenges in front of you. Whether it's training for a triathalon, marathon or hiking the Grand Canyon, or just staying fit. A balanced routine will include aerobics, strength and flexibility components.
4.Smart Start - Fine Tuning your special needs. If your wellness assessment has indicated areas of health concern that you want to work on then this is the first step for you. Initial consultation will include evaluation of your fitness levels and determining achievable short term health goals as you address your individual wellness needs.
5. 10,000 Steps -A daily walking program to add health and balance to your life. Our trainers will help you get started, assess your current fitness level, provide achievable goals to work towards and orient you on how to use a pedometer.

Please download and read the brochure at right as our program has changed and there are now fees associated with some of our services.
We must receive your payment BEFORE we are able to schedule any appointments. You will be charged for any appointments cancelled with less than 48 hours notice. If the missed appt. was complimentary, you will forfeit that appointment.
