Stability Ball Exercises

Here's a workout you can do with a stability ball and weights (there are pictures below):

Chest Press- on back

Push ups- on tummy

Wall Squats

Jump Squats holding ball

Lying Rows- on tummy

Reverse back extension- on tummy

Stationary Lunges

Forward and lateral lunges holding ball

Bicep Curls- sitting on ball

Tricep overhead extensions- on back

Glute lift- lying on floor, feet on ball

Wood chop crunch

Ball twist
