Thad Caron is for real. I have trained at a high level throughout the majority of my life playing soccer at an elite level in my adolescence and through college, then moving on to marathons and half marathons during graduate school. After my third knee surgery and a bad ankle sprain that left my ankle slightly cracked, and a newly diagnosed meniscus issue, it has been difficult for me physically, mentally and emotionally to bring my body (and mind) back to where I’d like them to be. Since working out with Thad, however, things have changed. Not only am I using and stressing muscles I didn’t know I even had, I’m gaining momentum quickly. My confidence is slowly but surely climbing and I’m feeling much more comfortable in my body. Although I can’t do as much aerobically as I used to be able to do, I feel stronger than I ever have in my life – even when I was playing college soccer. My entire body works out when I work out with Thad. I feel balanced, strong all over (not just in my legs or just in my arms), and yes, SORE A LOT!
Did I mention that I’m getting married in September? I’ve never been able to look in a mirror at my arms and see any muscle. Since working out with Thad, I actually have arm/shoulder muscles! And they are defined and curved even when I’m not flexing! I walked in from a run last week wearing a tank top and my fiancée said, “Wow, your arms are pretty ripped babe.” I was like, “really?” He told me to go and look in the mirror. When I looked I was like, “I am ripped…you better not mess with me!”
Finally, the best thing about working out with Thad is that he listens and he encourages and he pushes me to be my best every minute of every workout. I really feel that he is always in my corner, cheering me on, helping me believe that no matter what, I can accomplish goals that we set together. I would highly recommend working out with Thad in whatever capacity possible. His boot camps are phenomenal and training with him one-on-one will change your life!
