Photo Policy:

During the Institute, photos will be taken of participants, classes, and events to be used for purposes of promoting the Carleton Summer Teaching Institute in printed materials and/or on its Web site. If you do not want to be included in photos, please submit a request in writing to the Summer Academic Program Office.

Cancellation Policy:

All cancellations must be made in writing. Residential participants will be assessed 50 percent of room and board fees for cancellations received after May 25. Residential participants who cancel after June 5 or are "no shows" will be assessed 75 percent of the room and board fee.
