SOPE (Students Organized for the Protection of the Environment) is a student organization dedicated to promoting environmental awareness and activism at Carleton and in the greater Northfield community. They meet weekly, working towards the goal of increased environmental stewardship and sustainability. SOPE's projects have included Earth Week preparation and organization, Adopt-A-River, Green Bikes, and composting.
