"As a youth-at-large member of my town's city council, I have contributed to decisions that affect thousands of people, and I see every moment spent as an opportunity to help the environment." For as long as she can remember, Sarah has had a keen interest in both the environment and the arts. She currently serves as a city council member in Plymouth, Minnesota, where she meets on a weekly basis to help address environmental quality issues. "As a youth-at-large member of my town’s city council, I have contributed to decisions that affect thousands of people, and I see every moment spent as an opportunity to help the environment." Since the age of six, she has performed in nearly 25 professional and community theatrical productions and her acting efforts have been recognized with a "Gypsy Robe" Award. For the past three years, she has performed in eight shows each week at the Chanhassen Dinner Theater. A versatile performer, she is an equally proficient pianist, vocalist, and dancer. In addition to continuing her participation in theater and music, Sarah is interested in combining a major in mathematics with a concentration in environmental and technology studies.
