We're swimming under piles of both print and virtual mail, and one huge request (for those of you who haven't sent in everything yet...):  put your name on all your materials.  If you're going to send us a DVD of your dance performance, make sure your name is on the DVD, not just the case!  Going to send us a nice (though completely unrequested) autobiographical sketch?  Put your name on it!  Mailing us prints from your photography class?  Don't forget your name!

We joked about making a blog post all about this... and it went from a joke to a reality as we kept opening more and more materials that weren't all fully labeled.  Please make sure your name is on everything before you mail it to us. 

(We read our applications digitally and we don't ever seem to have this problem with electronic submissions, probably because they come directly from you to us and back into your digital file with a simple mouse click... there's no opening, sorting, separating, un-stapling, re-stapling, scanning... it just goes straight into your record!)
