The Carleton Scholars program is an opportunity for students to gain valuable insight into different career industries. This past spring, the Scholars program focused on careers in publishing, journalism, and media. We were just catching up on the students' blog and found this gem of a quote from one of the participants. We swear, we didn't coach her in saying this:
As we finished the tour, we realized that this was definitely an experience we would only have as Carleton students (as all of these visits and panels are). One of the most important pieces of knowledge we’ve gained thus far on the program is that our alumni network is quite incredible. Carls are doing truly inspiring things and are willing to share their experience and expertise if asked. It’s wonderful how much Carls love helping Carls.
