A: Office of Intercultural life (IPL), Fellowship of Christian Athletes (Leader), Carleton Christian Community
  • Q: What sports or athletic activities have you participated in?

  • Q: Why did you choose Carleton?
A: I chose Carleton because it was the only school that proved to me that the professors were as dedicated to the students as the students are to their education. Also, the financial office was really understanding of my financial status and made it very affordable for me to come to Carleton.
  • Q: What other schools did you seriously consider?
A: Washington University in St. Louis, Georgia Tech, Virginia Tech, and Purdue University.
  • Q: Did you visit Carleton before applying?
A: I visited the campus twice, once in the Winter and once in the Spring for accepted students week. Since I was a football player, it was easy for me to meet other people and I enjoyed both my stays very much.

Erin’s Places

  • Memorial Hall

    Erin lives in Memorial Hall

Completed in 2009, Memorial Hall and Cassat Hall are Carleton’s first new full-scale residence halls since 1967. Housing approximately 230 students between the two buildings, the project allows Carleton to reduce overcrowding in current student housing and to bring back at least 100 students from off-campus housing. The halls were built using environmentally sustainable construction standards and include many energy-efficient features.
