I've been on two Carleton off-campus study programs. I studied German in Berlin fall of sophomore year, and cross-cultural psychology in Prague fall of junior year. By far the most memorable experience was climbing a peak in the high Tatras of Slovakia with my psychology program compatriots. The views were spectacular and despite hiking for 6-8 hours straight, my fellows were extremely cheerful.
