Political Science/International Relations
Study in political science is designed to cultivate judicious and productive citizenship. The department major offers two tracks: political science and international relations. The curriculum covers comparative institutions and regimes, American politics, international relations, and political theory and philosophy. Opportunities for off-campus study include the Washington, D.C. program, and Edinburgh & Budapest: Identity and Belonging the New Europe. Carleton’s proximity to Minnesota’s state capital, St. Paul, allows for active research in state politics.
You can major in this subject.
