I'm surprised how even though I'm extremely busy with work, I can still manage to have fun and socialize.

Campus life here is hectic and satisfying. Everyone is always busy all of the time. A challenge of living, studying, and working in one isolated microcosm is learning how to balance the desire to spend all night hanging out with your friends with the desire to be an active member of the community with the desire to bury yourself in the Libe until all your reading is done. There are days and weeks when the balancing act works better than others, and everyone gets overwhelmed at times, but it always seems to swing back in the other direction.
