Information is posted and reservations are open for all 2009 and 2010. While all the trip information is there, the reservation form for the Greek Walking Tour will be posted soon.  If you would like to be notified when the registration form is available, just e-mail Amy Goerwitz and let her know. 

Preview of our 2010 Adventures

We are working on these four adventures for 2010:

  • Greece Walking Trip with Sam Demas, March-April
  • Oberammergau, July
  • Grand Canyon with Perry Mason and Beth Schwarzman '66, September
  • Landmarks of the Mediterranean cruise with Nancy Wilkie, October 17-28, 2010 (information to be posted soon)

Please note the Chinese Diaspora with Roy Grow and Burt Levin, originally scheduled for fall 2010 has been postponed until fall 2011.

Travel Insurance

We encourage you to purchase travel insurance if you have health concerns or are worried that the trip may be canceled for security or other reasons. There are many insurance providers available for you to choose from—a Google search of “travel insurance” comes up with over eight million hits.

So, to give you a starting point, here is a link to Travel Guard, an insurance provider that offers a good product at a good price. In the interest of full disclosure, if you do choose to use this company, you should know that the Carleton alumni affairs office will receive a small commission. There are two ways to enroll: online or by contacting Amy Goerwitz at 507-222-5645.
