Useful Information for Alumni Travelers

Travel Insurance

We encourage you to purchase travel insurance to protect yourself from penalties that may be imposed by the program operator should you be forced to cancel due to unforeseen illness or other unexpected circumstances, or should your trip be delayed (due to airline schedule changes, weather delays, etc.). In the event that you must cancel your participation in a travel program, travel insurance may be the only source of reimbursement. Information on travel insurance will be sent to you immediately upon receipt of your deposit. Then, depending on the option you select and to qualify for early purchase benefits, you would need to enroll within 15 or 21 days.
