5:30 p.m. Reception and Social Time – Manor House

6:00 p.m. Group Dinner with introductions

Evening Group Discussion with Greg Hewett, Assistant Professor of English

Friday, July 16

8:00 a.m. Group Breakfast at Manor House (or on their own if not staying at the Manor House)

9 a.m. Gather at Manor House for quick start tour of the Island and the National Park, featuring the sand beach, Thunder Hole, http://www.acadiatours.com/more5.html

Noon Group Lunch at with Greg Hewett

Afternoon: A menu of choices: sea kayaking, biking tour, hiking, whale watching

Dinner On your own

Evening Explore Bar Harbor

Saturday, July 17

A menu of choices:

Kayaking: Choice of either full or half day

Half day biking tour

Hiking carriage roads

Whale watching

Evening: Sunset Cruise on Margaret Todd, red sailed 4-masted schooner and group dinner

Evening discussion at the Manor House with Greg Hewitt

Sunday, July 18

9:30 a.m. Group Continental Breakfast – Weekend discussion and wrap-up.
