Earth Day Contra Dance

West Gym, Carleton College

Enjoy a night of great music and dancing featuring the musical group Contratopia and led by Twin Cities caller Robin Nelson! No prior dance experience needed and no partner required.

When:
7-7:30 p.m. Dance Lesson
7:30-10:30 p.m. Contra Dance with Carleton and St. Olaf Students, Carleton accepted students, and members of the Northfield and surrounding area communities.

Cost: $9 per adult, $6 students, $25 family cap (event free to Carleton and St. Olaf students). Proceeds will benefit MN 350.org and the Cannon River Watershed Partnership.

Note: to preserve the (excellent) wood floor in West Gym, please dance in your bare feet or bring along a pair of soft-soled, non-marking shoes or sneakers (no street shoes allowed in the gym). Festive Spring attire (swing skirts!) also encouraged.
