This summer, Carleton's Economics Department is sending its 25th group of students to study economics in Cambridge, England. The department has decided to mark the occasion with a mini-reunion and celebration in Cambridge June 28-July 3. Alumni from past Cambridge programs as well as economics majors have registered to attend, and space is available for other alumni who might be interested in joining them.

Reunion hosts will include faculty members Martha Paas, Steve Strand, Scott Bierman and Michael Hemesath from the Economics Department. This will mark the final Carleton event Dean Bierman will participate in before starting his work as president of Beloit College. Activities are being planned and may include time in London and Stratford-upon-Avon as well as connections with the student group and alumni in the area.
