Participation in Out After Carleton is open to a wide variety of people:

• Present and former Carleton students, staff, and faculty, who identify as any part of the LGBTQA community (lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, questioning, allied)
• Domestic partners, family members, and friends of the College who identify as any part of the LGBTQA community
