Our Mission

Out After Carleton (OAC) exists to mobilize LGBT and allied alumni and friends of the College as a community to support the College's overall educational, admission, careers, and fundraising programs and objectives, especially as they relate to and affect LGBT students, alumni, faculty, staff, and allied friends of the College.

OAC is developing several new programs and working to substantially expand alumni participation in OAC. In the past, a lot of networking among Carleton's LGBTA alumni occurred through the OAC Forum e-mail listserve, which will continue to be an important resource facilitated by OAC. Subscribing to the interactive OAC Forum listserve, however, is distinct from participating in the OAC network itself.
