Reunion Weekend Meals
Reunion weekend meals are prepared by Carleton’s Dining Services. All costs reflect actual charges. We offer lower-priced dinners for the 5- and 10-year reunion classes, based on requests we’ve received from past reunion attendees. Since a limited number of meal tickets will be available for purchase during reunion weekend, we strongly recommend you reserve meals in advance.

All meals include beverages and dessert.
- Thursday dinner (except for the classes of '58, '53, '48)
On Thursday dinner is on your own - enjoy the Taste of Northfield offerings, check out a local restaurant, or visit the Sayles-Hill snack bar. - Friday, Saturday, and Sunday breakfast (menu varies slightly each day)
Eggs, waffles, pancakes, muffins, doughnuts, breakfast meats, potatoes, fresh fruit, cereal, yogurt - Friday lunch (except Heywood Luncheon)
Assorted bag lunches: sliced herb-marinated chicken breast, Caesar and pasta salad; veggie wrap and salad; peanut butter and jelly sandwich, chips, and cookie - Friday dinner
Artichoke stuff chicken breast; herb roasted polenta with ratatouille; Minnesota wild rice, locally grown vegetables; raspberry mousse
- Children’s option: Chicken nuggets, tater tots, apple wedges, cookies, and milk/juice
- 5th and 10th reunion dinner: Lasagna (chicken and vegetarian), Caesar salad, sauteed zucchini, fruit salad, Italian bread, raspberry mousse
- Saturday lunch (except 50th reunion and ‘C’ Club)
Barbecue beef sandwich, fried chicken, quinoa salad, potato salad, macaroni cheddar salad, jicama orange salad, cilantro slaw, rolls, watermelon, locally grown vegetables with dip, cookies and bars - Saturday dinner
Beef tips with orzo, vegetable stuffed squash, locally grown vegetables, cheesecake with fresh berries
- Children’s option: Corn and veggie dogs, macaroni and cheese, corn, milk, pudding
- 5th and 10th reunion dinner: Jambalaya, seafood and vegetarian etouffee, red beans and rice, corn bread, bread pudding with rum sauce
