Welcome to the Carleton College Online Alumni Directory. LOG IN with your user name and password to:

• Update your own information with the College and in your online record (you can also send changes to: addresses@carleton.edu)
• Use the Online Directory to find and contact alumni
• Control what information about you appears in the Online Directory
• Change your password
• Submit Class Notes to the Carleton Voice

The Online Directory will help you communicate with other alumni and with the College in a timely and cost-efficient way. The directory is updated nightly.

Don't know your login information? Visit our password recovery page. A new automated system is now in place, allowing alumni with email addresses on record with the College to easily obtain their login information. If you need help, contact the alumni office at alumni-office@carleton.edu or call 800-729-2586 (507-222-4205). 

To report an address or employment change, you can also send your information to: addresses@carleton.edu

Online Directory Usage and Privacy Policy

The privacy of your personal information is our top priority. Only you can update your personal information, and only the Carleton community with passwords (alumni, faculty, students and staff) can view Online Directory information. You may limit the information that appears to other alumni in the online directory. Carleton College has a strict policy never to release any personally identifiable information about alumni to third parties.

The information on these pages is for official College and Alumni Association use, and also for personal communication between alumni, and alumni and students. Use of the Online Directory for any other purpose, including fundraising or commercial or political communications/solicitations, is strictly prohibited. Misuse of the Directory by Carleton community members will result in loss of access privileges. Report misuse to the Alumni Affairs Office, 800-729-2586 or alumni-office@carleton.edu

Alumni users of this database are asked to treat their classmates' and others' information with appropriate care. If you are asked by non-Carleton people for alumni contact information, do not give it to them. Forward their inquiry or direct them to the Alumni Relations Office, 800-729-2586 or alumni-office@carleton.edu, or offer to send their contact information to the alum - allowing the alum to maintain control of their own information.
