<title>Lamb, Hansen, Taube, and Beson Award Winners Announced for 2012-13</title>
<description>&lt;p&gt;In conjunction with Carleton’s annual Honors Convocation, the Physical Education, Athletics, and Recreation (P.E.A.R.) Department announced its annual senior awards. &lt;strong&gt;Sophie Pilhofer&lt;/strong&gt; and &lt;strong&gt;Jessa Youso&lt;/strong&gt; received the Pat Lamb Award. &lt;strong&gt;Megan Morrison&lt;/strong&gt; and &lt;strong&gt;Sarah Nielsen&lt;/strong&gt; are the recipients of the Ele Hansen Award. &lt;strong&gt;CJ Dale&lt;/strong&gt; was honored with the Mel Taube Award, while &lt;strong&gt;Erik Klontz&lt;/strong&gt; was given the Warren L. Beson Memorial Award.&lt;/p&gt;</description>

<title>Skylar Tsutsui Voted to All-MIAC Squad</title>
<description>&lt;p&gt;One of the most explosive players in the league, sophomore &lt;strong&gt;Skylar Tsutsui&lt;/strong&gt; was a repeat selection when the Minnesota Intercollegiate Athletic Conference (MIAC) announced its season-ending basketball award winners on Wednesday. Last season, Tsutsui was named to the MIAC’s All-First-Year Team and was All-MIAC honorable mention, but this year she was voted as one of the top players in the league by the conference coaches.&lt;/p&gt;</description>

<title>Knights Suffer Overtime Loss to Hamline on Senior Day</title>
<description>&lt;p&gt;The Carleton College women’s basketball team’s final contest of the season certainly was a memorable one. The home team, which honored its four seniors during a pre-game ceremony, put up quite the fight against the playoff bound squad from Hamline University, eventually falling, 66-60 in overtime. Junior &lt;strong&gt;Emma Purfeest&lt;/strong&gt; and sophomore &lt;strong&gt;Skylar Tsutsui&lt;/strong&gt; put up 14 points apiece for the Knights, but the big performances were not enough to send the senior class off with a victory.&lt;/p&gt;</description>
