The Carleton women's golf team took their annual spring break trip to Jekyll Island, Ga., which is located off the southeast coast of Georgia. One of the many barrier islands off the coast of the Carolinas and Georgia, Jekyll Island was once an exclusive hunting retreat of the Rockefeller, Vanderbilt, and Morgan families and friends from 1886 through 1942. The team enjoyed a week of golf and practice, but found time to lay on the beach, take in the wonderful, fresh seafood and explore the Jekyll Island Club.
