Women's Basketball
The women's basketball team is 139-54 over the last seven seasons, making it one of the most dominant programs in the conference. The Knights own three MIAC regular-season titles and four MIAC Playoff titles during that time span. The four straight MIAC Playoff titles marked the first time in conference history one program won four consecutive conference tournament titles.

- Coach Profile: Cassie Kosiba
Cassie Kosiba was named head coach of the women's basketball program in April 2010. She returns to her alma mater after serving the last four years as an assistant coach at the NCAA Division I level, most recently spending two seasons with the Blackbirds, the women’s basketball program at Long Island University’s (LIU) Brooklyn campus. She is the seventh coach in Carleton women’s basketball history.
