Laura Knutson is a junior on the women's golf team. She earned All-MIAC honors in 2008 after fninishing runner-up at the 2008 MIAC Championships, firing a tournament-low final round of four-over par 76. She holds most of Carleton's first-year scoring records. Knutson qualified for the Minnesota Class AA State Tournament and helped her high school team rank in the state's top 10 her senior year.

Louise Buckler is a junior on the women's golf team at Carleton. Also a member of the Knights' women's swimming and diving team, Buckler has helped both programs record top-three MIAC Championship finishes and earn national rankings as a result. During her high school career, Buckler was the Tri-Metro Conference individual champion.

Irene Koplinka-Loehr is a senior studio art major from Ithaca, N.Y. She earned All-Conference honorable mention in 2007 is a captain for the 2008 season. Irene is also a member of Carleton's track and field team.

Ross Hamilton is a senior Chemistry major from Western Springs, Ill. Ross earned Academic All-Conference in 2007.

Megan Milligan is a senior Environmental Studies major (Russian minor) from Las Cruces, New Mexico.

Sarah Forzley is a senior French and Francophone Studies major from South Windsor, Conn. Sarah earned All-Conference in 2007 and is a captain for 2008. She is also on Carleton's track and field team.

David Ames is a senior pitcher/infielder for the Knights. David is from Riverwoods, Ill.

Carter Biewen is a junior from Golden Valley, Minn. He had the second best three-point shooting accuracy in the conference in 2007-08 (56-129, 43.4%).

Trent Wells is a senior political science major from Rochester, Minn. Trent is a captain of the men's golf team.

Luciano Battaglini enters his fifth season as Carleton's head women's tennis coach after joining the program in 2007-08. A native of Brasilia, Brazil, Battaglini spent four seasons as the assistant women’s tennis coach at the University of Minnesota prior to assuming his post as Carleton's head coach.

Hannah is a senior psychology major from Prairie Village, Kan. and Pembroke Hill High School. She was awarded All-Conference in singles in 2007 and Academic All-Conference in 2008.

Hannah is a senior economics major from North Oaks, Minn. and Mounds View High School. In 2007 she was awarded All-Conference in doubles.
