The first Carleton baseball team, known as the Boss nine, scored its first victory over Shattuck Academy in 1878...The team had six straight years of winning records from 1894-1898...Last MIAC championship in 1991... 1991 team won more games than any team in Carleton baseball history (24)...2009 team had the second most wins in program history (21) and made program's first MIAC Playoffs appearance.
