The 200 Medley Relay team of Jonathan Brodie '16, Evan Harris '15, Stephen Grinich '16, and Evan Lahr '17 celebrate atop the podium at MIAC Championships in 2015. Their time of 1:32.47 also marked a new Carleton record.

One of the most consistent programs in the Minnesota Intercollegiate Athletic Conference, the Carleton Knight men's swimming team has earned top three finishes in three of the last five MIAC Championship Meets. Carleton holds MIAC Conference records in the 50 Freestyle, 100 Freestyle and 200 Freestyle relay, while the 200 Freestyle relay has finished first at the MIAC Championships in each of the past four seasons.

The Carleton men's swimming and diving program has captured nine conference titles. Since 1995 the Knights have produced 148 all-conference performances, 41 individual conference titles, 17 All-Americans, 16 Honorable Mention All-Americans and have placed in fourth or better in the MIAC Championships 16 times, highlighted by third-place finishes in 2008, 2013, 2014, and 2015.

The Knights have been impressive in the classroom as well, as Carleton has earned Scholar All-American honors for 23 consecutive years. In 2016, the Knights posted a cumulative 3.50 GPA, which was the highest total among all MIAC men's programs, and was the ninth-highest among NCAA Division III squads.
