Winston Park (Jr./Encino, Calif./Harvard-Westlake) earned All-MIAC honors in singles for the third straight year and in doubles for the second time. Also receiving All-MIAC honors were an impressive group of first-year Knights. Ben Guzick (Fy./Rochester, N.Y./The Harley School) and Dan Vollman (Fy./Oak Park, Ill./Oak Park River Forest) earned All-MIAC in both singles and doubles, while Peter Dunn (Fy./Winnetka, Ill./North Shore Country Day) was honored for his singles play.
Park spent most of the year playing third singles for the Knights. He amassed a 7-3 conference record and finished the year riding a five-match winning streak. Park spent most of his doubles matches paired with Vollman. The team went 12-7 on the year and 4-2 in the MIAC. For most of the season, Vollman played second singles. He was 15-7 overall and 6-2 in MIAC matches.
Guzick usually occupied the Knights' first singles spot, where he finished 7-1 in conference play. His lone conference loss came against the top ranked player in the Central Region. In the matches where he did not play first singles, Guzick was undefeated, going 5-0.
Dunn finished the campaign with a 12-4 record overall and was undefeated in conference singles play. He was also the only Knight to have a better than .500 record against regionally ranked foes.
Senior Jordan Hughes (Wauwatosa, Wis./Marquette) was chosen as Carleton’s representative on the All-MIAC Sportsmanship Team.
