NORTHFIELD, Minn.-- The Carleton Volleyball team will participate in DIG PINK with 750 other teams in the nation by hosting Macalester College Oct. 14th at West Gym. DIG PINK is a nationwide breast cancer awareness rally held this month. There are four ways to get involved with DIG PINK:
1. Wear pink to Oct. 14 match vs. Macalester
2. Donate online at www.side-out.org/news-events/dig_pink
3. Empty your pockets of that loose change by dropping it in the donation buckets by the front doors.
4. Participate in the serving contest between sets 2 and 3. For a $1 donation you can serve to win a Carleton Volleyball t-shirt.
All proceeds will be distributed among research teams focused on target therapies and molecular profiling as well as “living with cancer” organizations worldwide. Come support DIG PINK and Carleton Volleyball by attending the free volleyball game Oct. 14th at West Gym.
