History:

Qualified for NCAA Division III Championships as a team 13 times in last 25 years. . . Carleton team finishes at the NCAA Division III Championships over that span: 1988 (7th), 1989 (6th), 1991 (7th), 1993 (16th), 1995 (16th), 2002 (20th), 2004 (11th), 2005 (13th), 2006 (16th), 2009 (11th), 2011 (T-8th), and 2012 (17th). . . Captured share of the MIAC title in 1991 and outright title in 2004, 2005, 2009, and 2011. . .Two individual NCAA Division III National Champions: Shelley Scherer (1987) and Anna Prineas (1988). . .Six All-Americans: Terry Jensen (1981), Shelley Scherer (1987), Anna Prineas (1987 and 1988), Cassie Funke (2004), Simone Childs-Walker (2009), and Laura Roach (2009). . . Team awarded Academic All-American citation for 20 consecutive years. . .Missed qualifying for NCAA Division III Championships by only seven points in 2000 and by 13 points in 1996. . .Team has finished in top three of MIAC Championships 25 out of 30years.
