NORTHFIELD, Minn.--Cold, rainy and windy conditions have necessitated canceling the Carleton Invitational's first round.

The 9-team event is now a one-day, 18-hole competition, with Sunday tee times starting at 11:15 a.m. at Northfield Golf Club.
