NORTHFIELD, Minn. -- Mikayla Coulombe (Fy./Crystal, Minn./Benilde-St. Margaret’s) registered fives saves as the Carleton College women’s soccer team settled for a scoreless draw with visiting Macalester College.
While Macalester finished with an 18-12 edge in shots, the Knights (5-3-2, 1-2-1 MIAC) had more scoring chances in the overtime periods.
The Carleton defense has permitted only two goals over the last six games, three of which have gone to multiple overtime periods.
The Knights will host Gustavus Adolphus College on Saturday, Sept. 29 at 1 p.m. Live video will be available on Knights Online.
