The women's track and field program has witnessed 11 National Champions in 10 different events. Since 2000, the Knights have seen 33 All-America performances and turned in a total of 178 All-MIAC performances, including 75 MIAC event titles.

Amelia Campbell ’16 became just the second Division III student-athlete to win the NCAA Championships pentathlon and heptathlon in the same year, doing so in record-breaking fashion for both events in 2014. That same year, Kao Sutton ’14 added a national title in the discus. Kelly Lovett ’11 earned three All-America awards in the javelin, including the NCAA crown in 2011.

Ruth Steinke ’16 garnered All-America recognition twice at the 2016 NCAA Division III Indoor Track and Field Championships. She was the runner-up in the 5000-meter run and added a sixth-place result at the 3000-meter distance. Simone Childs-Walker '12 accounted for an amazing 12 All-America performances by herself.
