History:
In the last 19 years, Carleton has had three national champions, 10 indoor All-Americans, 22 outdoor All-Americans and dozens of All-MIAC athletes. Since coach Donna Ricks took over the program, the athletic performances have improved dramatically, and the All-Time Top 10 list has been virtually rewritten. The Knights have finished in the top five at the outdoor conference championships 11 times in 21 years under Ricks' guidance.
