History:
In the last 16 years, Carleton has had a national champion, seven indoor All-Americans, 20 outdoor All-Americans and dozens of All-MIAC athletes. Since coach Donna Ricks took over the program, the athletic performances have improved dramatically, and the All-Time Top 10 list has been virtually rewritten. Tthe Knights finished in the top half of the team standings six consecutive years (1999-2004) under Ricks and have finished in the top five at the outdoor conference championships 11 times in 14 years under Ricks' guidance.
