Carleton Campus & Faribault, MN
Regular Commitment
24- hour Crisis Line: (800) 607-2330

The HOPE (previously WomenSafe) Center acts as an advocate for sexual assault survivors, battered women, and abused children. Open-minded and caring volunteers are needed to answer crisis line calls, do community education at schools on violence issues, and work on numerous other projects. The Center encourages a diverse group of volunteers, including men and women, people of color, and members of the GLBT community. Fifty hours of training is provided at no cost to advocate volunteers. Training is offered twice a year: spring and fall. Pick up an application from the ACT Center.
