Library Story Hour sends volunteers to the Northfield Public Library every Saturday morning to read stories aloud, do crafts and play games with a group of young children from Northfield and surrounding communities. Volunteers are also needed to ride along with Booker the Book Bus on Wednesdays and/or Thursdays to assist with book checkout, read stories and help children find books. In addition, a new early literacy program that takes place a few days a week is looking for volunteers.
