Offline Image Viewer (OIV)

What is OIV?

OIV is ArtStor’s Offline Image Viewer, a program designed to help set up slide shows and presentations where images are the focus of the presentation. While originally intended for Art Museums and Art Collections, OIV has become very popular among academics as well, and not just in the fields of Art and Art History. As more people have begun using OIV, Carleton has installed it on all classroom computers for both the Macintosh and PC operating systems.
