• Order your Commencement Cap and Gown at the Senior Showcase

    Carleton’s annual Senior Showcase event takes place Thursday, May 3, from 10:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. in Severance Great Hall. This is a one-stop shop for all members of the Class of 2018 to take care of everything they need to prior to graduation. Numerous campus departments will be available at this event, including Bookstore vendors for:

    Seniors will need to order their caps and gowns on this day. Orders placed after May 3 will incur a $5 late fee.

  • The Carleton Food Recovery Network is a chapter of the national Food Recovery Network organization. Food Recovery Network was founded in 2011 and the Carleton chapter is the first Minnesota chapter to be created.

    Sayles Café has a new Mug Club App created by Carleton’s Kevin Kowalewski and Josh Pitkofsky. Purchase a reusable Bon Appetit Mug to use for Mug Club or bring a mug of your own.   • Schillers Accepted at Downtown Merchants

    Three downtown Northfield businesses accept Schillers as payment: Brick Oven Bakery, Just Food Co-op and Tandem Bagels. Schillers cannot be used for the purchase of alcohol and tobacco products in town. Fund your Schillers account in-person at the Bookstore, the Business Office, or online.

  • Building Access Authorization Forms

    Carleton College has an electronic door access system which prevents anyone without authorization from entering residence halls, dining halls, and other building entrances controlled by the system when they are locked. A OneCard with limited access privileges to public spaces will be issued to each new employee and student.

    Additional privileges may be necessary for the employee or student to fulfill their work/study obligations. These privileges can be requested using the online Building Access Authorization Forms. The forms must be submitted by a supervisor or authorized agent for any employee/student needing permanent or temporary access to a building or office entrance controlled by a card reader. The forms are available on the OneCard website and requests will be processed within 24 hours of submission.

  • Bon Appétit at Carleton is Food Recovery Certified

    Bon Appétit at Carleton College is fighting food waste and hunger by recovering surplus perishable food from our campus that would otherwise go to waste and donating it to people in need through Whispers of Hope, A Childs Delight, The Alternative Learning Center of Northfield and Greenvale Community School.

  • I Lost My OneCard!! What Do I Do?

    1. Mark your OneCard LOST on the OneCard Dashboard. This will suspend library and lab printing privileges, deactivate building access, and freeze financial funds in your accounts (Schillers, Dining Dollars, and Meal Plan). NOTE: You will be held responsible for financial transactions that occurred prior to marking your card lost on this web site.
    2. Visit Campus Services, Monday – Friday between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. in Sayles-Hill 5. A new OneCard will be issued and a $10 replacement fee will be charged to your (student) Schillers account.

  • Card Access to Sayles-Hill

    During Winter Break, the exterior doors in Sayles-Hill Campus Center were added to the campus electronic door access system. This will allow the college to limit access to the building during the overnight hours to members of the campus community only. The building will be unlocked daily from 6am-12am and will be locked from 12am-6am during academic terms. All employees and students will be able to enter the building when it is locked by using their OneCards.

  • The Affiliate OneCard is available to qualified relatives of Carleton employees.
