Payment Options
Carleton uses a paperless Billing Process.
Watch your student e-mail for statement notifications each term.
Need to make a payment, here are the options available.
- Checks or cash can be brought to the Business Office located in the lower level of Leighton Hall.
Cashier Hours: 9:30-3:30pm Monday - Friday (effective Spring term March 31, 2008)

- Online payments can be made electronically through the Hub. This secure student payment portal confirms the balance due on the tuition account and allows the student to enter their US domestic bank routing number(in the lower left corner of personal check, usually 9 numbers) and account number (the set of numbers that follow the routing number) for an automatic clearing house ACH payment.

The refund policy of the College provides that the advance payment of $400.00 will be returned only in the case of illness of the student.
Students who wish to apply all or some of their campus employment earnings to their tuition account should complete the Payroll Deduction Card and return it to the Business Office.
Monthly Plan:
A popular payment option is the TuitionPay Monthly Plan offered by Sallie Mae, where all or part of the comprehensive fee is paid in equal monthly installments interest free. New students will receive a separate mailing from TuitionPay in mid May. The $400.00 Advance Payment required on the Standard Payment Plan may be included in the Monthly Payment Plan if you are starting the plan on June 1, 2008. TuitionPay will accept credit card payments, although a service fee will apply.
