Grad School Databases
Search online for programs and get valuable information for each school.
- Peterson's Graduate School Guides - The on-line guide offers you searchable information so you can search for graduate programs in different fields, different locations, etc.
- Gradschools.com - The site allows you to search by programs at universities across the country.
- CUR's Registry of Undergraduate Researchers and Graduate Schools - This site is designed to match undergraduates with research experience with schools recruiting such students.
- PhDs.org Rankings - Get customized rankings of graduate school programs based on National Research Council data.
Grad School Testing
Find out the scoop on taking the LSAT, MCAT and GRE subject tests at Carleton and get to your questions. Also browse the sites below for helpful information.
- GRE - This is the homepage for the test. They provide good resources to help you study, and you can even register on-line.
- Kaplan - These are probably the same people who helped you study for the SAT four years ago. They offer information on standardized testing, including the GRE, MCAT, LSAT, and GMAT.
- PowerScore - a national test preparation company that specializes in the LSAT.
- The Princeton Review -They offer information on studying for entrance exams, preparing for interviews, and selecting a graduate or professional school that's right for you.
