D4D On The Road CRM

Student Leadership Training

(For the D4D Legislative Letter Competition, click here)

D4D On The Road, the student leadership and organizing workshop run by Project Pericles, will be hosted by Macalester College on Saturday, January 28th. ACE will be providing transportation for up to 20 students to spend the day (10am-4pm) at the workshop, which is free. To register for the training, email Adrienne Falcon (afalcon@carleton.edu).

The workshops are being led by The Center for Progressive Leadership (CPL), a national nonpartisan training institute based in Washington, D.C. that has trained over 5,000 diverse leaders. Participants in the workshop can expect to develop their skills as advocates for social issues, to connect with other Minnesota student leaders, and to learn how to effectively connect personal stories with public policy.

The 2011 D4D On The Road workshop was hosted at Carleton College. You can see photos from the event below and read the Carletonian's coverage here.
