This page provides an overview of our needs-based assessment of the housing services of Rice County, MN, in light of the economic downturn.  In addition to exploring the housing needs and services available, we sought to identify potential collaborations between Carleton College and housing service providers.  We focused on three areas of the housing sector: foreclosures, affordable housing, and homelessness. This is current as of March 2009.
