During spring term 2010, Bon Appétit at Carleton launched, Carleton Zza,  a late night pizza program in Sayles Café that was an immediate success with students.  Beginning in Spring Term 2011, the Carleton Zza will be available from noon - 8 p.m. seven days a week and can be ordered by students, faculty, or staff for personal consumption or for an event. Carleton Zzas must be picked up in person at Sayles Café. Deliveries are not possible at this time.

Phone orders must be paid for with Schillers, dining dollars, or department charge. Cash will only be accepted for in-person orders. Zzas may be picked up approximately 20 minutes after placing an order.
