Burton Dining Hall
This venue is Carleton's oldest eating establishment and is located in the basement of Burton Residence Hall, which was built in 1916. This all-you-can-eat facility offers convenience, freshness, and variety. Features include deli, grill, and stir-fry, traditional classics, and vegetarian and vegan options, including a vegan and whole foods bar that offers such items as humus, tabouli, tofu, whole beans and legumes, dried fruits, nuts, and breads. Offered daily are soups, salads, pizza, and desserts. Make-your-own waffles and hard-pack ice cream are popular with students. Every Saturday night features a make-your-own sundae bar.
