East Dining Hall
East Dining Hall opened in January 2001 and is dedicated to the concept of "just in time" cooking. Food preparation is visible and food is cooked based upon traffic flow. Each station offers patrons a full meal, but plates can be customized according to each patron's wishes. Stations include deli and salad bar, grill, traditional classics, stir-fry/sauté, and pizza. Each station includes a vegetarian option. A variety of desserts, fresh fruit, homemade breads, bagels, beverages, and cereal is always available. This venue offers indoor and outdoor seating and private rooms for reservation.
