    Hot off competing on Iron Chef America and judging on Chopped, our friend and culinary superstar, Chef Jet, created a Chinese cooking training exclusively for Bon Appetit Chefs. Focused on the four main influential cuisines of China, Chef Jet led our chefs through this hands-on training, imparting his mastery of Asian cooking.
