Eat Local Challenge at Carleton

Each year in the fall, Dining Services hosts an event called "Eat Local Challenge." The meals served in the campus cafes consist of ingredients that are sourced within 150 miles of Northfield, with the exception of salt and oil. This gallery shows photos that were taken in Burton and LDC during Eat Local Challenge day, September 28, 2010.
