New faculty interested in campus housing must submit a Housing Information form. This information is shared with Carleton’s employee housing coordinator and helps us to match available housing with faculty needs (i.e., furnished vs. unfurnished, family size, etc.). When the majority of the forms have been received (normally during spring term), the process of assigning housing will begin and the housing coordinator will notify new faculty of the outcome. You should encourage new faculty to return their housing form as soon as possible so they may be considered for housing, but housing is not assigned on a first-come, first-served basis.
