INSTITUTIONAL REVIEW BOARD

By Federal regulations, all research with human subjects/participants undertaken by Carleton faculty, students, or staff must be reviewed in advance by Carleton's Institutional Review Board (IRB). Instructions for submitting a research proposal to the IRB along with a proposal form are available on the Dean of the College web page through the IRB link. Most complete research proposals will be approved within ten days of their submission (incomplete proposals take significantly longer).
