Andrea Grove Iseminger '59 Endowed Scholarship Fund for Off-Campus Studies

Purpose: The Andrea Grove Iseminger Scholarship Fund for Off-Campus Studies is an endowed fund created in 2001 to honor Andrea Grove Iseminger '59 and her distinguished service to Carleton. The scholarships, which are awarded competitively, are intended to provide financial resources for off-campus study and travel for students enrolled in Carleton-sponsored programs (a program led by a Carleton faculty member for Carleton students).

Funding: This scholarship offers up to $1200.00 to be used any time during your four years at Carleton for a Carleton-sponsored Off-Campus Studies Program.

Eligibility: Awards will be made to first-year students with financial need based on student financial aid guidelines.

Application process: An essay (500 words) of your interest in an off-campus study opportunity, and your financial need as it relates to how important the scholarship is in making it possible for you to study abroad.

Deadline: Submit FOUR hard copies, to Elizabeth Ciner, Dean of the College Office by 5 p.m. on Monday, April 2, 2010. A fifth copy should also be submitted electronically to Karen Moldenhauer (kmoldenh). Call ext. 4300 with any questions.
